In the chapter entitled “PEACE” of her book “Education and Peace”, Maria Montessori tells us about the gifts of nature which have the power to heal: sun, clean air and exercise. Why deprive yourself of it? Peace may begin with the action of connecting with oneself, with the environment, with life, with nature.

Quote from Maria Montessori: “When children are free to move around in nature, their strength is revealed. "

This phrase from Maria Montessori animates my creative imagination. In this sense, my desire is to prepare for children attending Montessori schools a particular environment made up of natural paths or series of exercises adapted to their body maintenance. These are workshops of a practical, physical or gymnastic activity type that can be practiced in an "indoor" classroom or in an "outdoor" outdoor outing, for example. With this in mind, my goal is to offer the child the opportunity to develop:

• His motor coordination

• His body maintenance

• Its cognitive function

• Its sensory balance

• His emotional regulation
